Oxblood No.437 is a classic medium-dark red/berry. The dramatic shade from Burberry Beauty is flattering on my skin tone and gives an immediate vampy, sexy look. The formula is rich and luxurious; it glides on effortlessly and feels light and creamy on the lips. The pigmentation is buildable with each application, giving you far more colour intensity control, than your standard matte lipstick. It's also surprisingly comfortable for a matte lipstick and sets down to a matte/velvet finish after a minute or so of being applied. And although it doesn't necessarily bleed or feather, it looks worn and fades over time, leaving a stained appearance on the lips. And the packaging is drool worthy; with matte gunmetal exterior, magnetic closure and a beautifully embossed lipstick bullet in Burberry's distinctive tartan pattern *insert heart eyes emoji here*.
